About
The Graduate School of Political Management Student Association (GSPMSA) will facilitate academic, professional, and social engagement opportunities to support the GSPM student body. It will host events and ongoing activities that foster collaboration, skill development, and networking opportunities for students who are currently pursuing or interested in a career in politics. The organization will also serve as a representative body for GSPM students, through which they can express interest in particular opportunities and share ideas with fellow students.
The GSPMSA will not have a political affiliation and will work to build a constructive dialogue among students across parties and political ideologies. Its primary purpose will be to help students build the skills and network they will need to succeed as a leader in politics, policy, and public service. The organization will be structured in a way that encourages mentorship between members in both their academic and career endeavors.
Activities that will be organized by the association include guest speakers, career development sessions, and social gatherings that can be hosted both in-person and virtually. As the organization grows, it will tailor these activities further to support the growing needs and interests of the student body.
