GW Association for Women in Mathematics

We are the George Washington University student chapter of the Association for Women in Mathematics. We welcome all interested students, regardless of major, gender, or age. Our goals: 1) To encourage women and girls to pursue careers in the mathematical sciences 2) To provide support for mathematics faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students 3) To expose all students, regardless of major or gender, to the world of professional mathematics and to the various career options in mathematics 4) To create opportunities for networking with professional mathematicians
